A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes are harvested by hand during the crisp morning hours to ensure they arrive at the winery in pristine condition. Sourcing from the southern part of Napa where the morning fog and the breezes off the San Pablo Bay help maintain bright acidity and the afternoon sun allows for full flavor development, these wines beautifully reflect the climate in which they’re grown. The wines are fermented at cool temperatures to maintain the delicate fruit flavors and then artfully blended and aged. The result is a relaxed, yet elegant, wine with aromas of red apple, cherry, orange, and fresh-baked bread. On the palate, vibrant notes of plum, cherry, red apple and peach are complemented by toasty bread notes leading into a long finish.
