Aromas of fresh herbs and flowers combined with a background of ripe white fruit at just the right stage of ripeness. On the palate, it is refreshing yet exhibits the complexity of a sparkling wine aged for 15 months. Very integrated bubbles.
Slow fermentation at low temperature and stabilization. Second fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method. Aged with its lees for a minimum of 15 months. Finished with a dosage of 8 grams of sugar.
