Returns & Refunds Policy
Munk Mafia Wine Mob
At Munk Mafia, we stand behind the quality of our wines and products. However, because we sell perishable alcoholic beverages, all sales are final with the exceptions outlined below.
No Returns on Wine & Alcohol Due to Texas alcoholic beverage regulations and the perishable nature of wine:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened bottles of wine, wine club shipments, or any alcohol products.
- All wine sales are final once the order has shipped.
Exceptions (Non-Alcohol Items) Returns may be considered only for non-alcohol merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories, glassware) within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged (broken bottles, leaking, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping) at our discretion, in compliance with carrier and state regulations.
- Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.
Wine Club Subscriptions
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
- No refunds for past shipments. Future shipments will be stopped after the current billing cycle.
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
- Email us at contact@munkmafia.com with your order number and details.
- We will respond within 1 - 2 business day with next steps.
Important Notes
- All customers must be 21+ and confirm compliance with local alcohol laws at checkout.
- Refunds are not issued for “change of mind” after shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that violate our policies or state regulations.
