The Story
Patz & Hall began in 1988 with a simple idea: make Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from small, independent California vineyards. In 2024, winemaker James Hall and a group of investors bought the brand back and took it independent again.

In the Glass
Bing cherry, strawberry, dried rose petal, and a touch of licorice. Juicy, silky, and fresh, with enough weight to stand up to dinner.

Pair It With
Salmon, duck, mushrooms, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, and charcuterie.

Serve
Slightly cool, about 60°F. Give it 15 minutes in the glass.
