Medium-bodied, dry, nose of pineapple, mango, citrus, and vanilla. Palate is tropical fruit and white floral with a long, creamy finish — butter, toasted oak, well-balanced acidity keeps it from going flabby. 85% stainless/15% barrel fermented, 6 months mostly French oak. Gold Medal/Class Champion at the 2023 Houston Rodeo International Wine Competition, and a Wine Enthusiast "Best Buy."
