Flavors include crunchy pear, saline verve, white peach, green fig, dried thyme, and medicinal white cherry. It has medium to medium-plus acidity, light to medium body, and a saline, sea-spray finish. Some tasters note herbal lees, salted almonds, hazelnuts, and a crystalline citrus lift.
