Tasting Profile
Medium to deep ruby in color, with signature Carneros aroma of sassafras, complemented by notes of raspberry, five-spice and black cherry. Concentrated aromas of black cherry, purple flowers and dark chocolate dominate the nose. Palate is rich and weighty, with flavors of plum, licorice, orange peel and cinnamon in a framework of hearty tannin.
